You may not be aware of this, so allow us to inform you. Vermont drivers have a great opportunity at their disposal. The state of Vermont offers $1,500 to $5,000 for the eligible purchase of new EVs and up to $5,000 for used high-efficiency vehicles. You can earn an additional $5,000 with our Replace Your Ride Program. That's right. You can earn up to $10,000 by purchasing a new EV.
The state incentive isn't the only benefit you can enjoy when purchasing a new EV. The Federal Clean Vehicle program offers up to $7,500 in federal tax credits for the eligible purchase or lease of a qualifying EV. That's almost $20,000 worth of benefits. And there is more! Various businesses and local organizations offer additional incentives.
