For the past 10 years, Subaru of America and its retailers have partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. The partnership has involved delivering blankets, patient care kits, and messages of hope to cancer patients across the country. On July 10th, Lundgren Subaru of Claremont personally delivered these items to patients. These blankets, patient care kits, and messages of hope provide warmth and comfort to patients in treatment and remind them that they are not alone. The love and support shared through this cherished partnership means a lot to everyone involved! This year, Lundgren Subaru of Claremont also opted to support the LLS Urgent Need Program, which will provide blood cancer patients financial relief to help offset non-medical costs associated with treatment, such as transportation, food, housing, utilities, etc. Thank you for your commitment to supporting your community as well as the LLS mission to create a world without blood cancer and improve the quality of life for patients and their families!
Healthy Pets, Happier Homes - Gavin M
At Lundgren Subaru of Claremont, we believe that a healthy pet is a happy pet—and that caring for animals is one of the most meaningful ways we can care for our community, too. That’s why we were proud to partner with the Sullivan County Humane Society to host a low-cost rabies clinic right here at our dealership. This event was part of the Subaru Loves Pets initiative, which supports animal welfare organizations across the country—and it gave us the opportunity to support the local families and furry friends who make Claremont such a special place to call home. From the moment the first car pulled in, we knew we were part of something bigger. A line of vehicles quickly wrapped around the building, each one carrying a beloved companion—tail-wagging, window-peeking, nose-sniffing proof of just how much pets matter to the people of our community. Some came with one dog, some with three. We met energetic puppies, mellow seniors, and a particularly memorable pair of Basset Hounds who stole more than a few hearts (and a couple of treats). One thing was clear: our lot was full of love. Thanks to the hard work of Subaru Ambassadors, dealership team members, and the dedicated volunteers from the Sullivan County Humane Society, families were able to receive affordable, professional care for their pets without stress or complication. The clinic provided vital rabies vaccinations to help keep pets safe—and by extension, protect the broader community. But this event wasn’t just about shots. It was about connection. It was about laughter between coworkers, conversations with grateful families, and a whole lot of happy barking. Our team guided traffic, shared smiles, passed out Subaru pet swag, and even helped nervous pups feel at ease. We were proud to do our part—and honored to witness the community come together in such a beautiful way. For us, that’s what it’s all about. Making a difference. Not just by selling cars, but by showing up—in real, meaningful, hands-on ways—for the people and pets who make our town feel like home.
